Tonight, I’m taking a flight outta here to go to Korea for 2 weeks with my husbandry! We’re going to be travelling with my family within Korea. I doubt I’ll get to cook, but I promise photographic documentation of all of our eats, each and every day. Starting with the airplane food!
Korean Air has hilariously good in-flight food. That is, if you opt for the Korean menu. if you ask for the ‘Western’ option, they’ll likely give you some miserable, insipid breast of chicken with mushy broccoli or a sad, flat chunk of lasagna. You have been warned). The Korean option is almost always bibimbap which is surprisingly awesome has all the right ingredients in it.
Some other things we’re going to eat in Korea are guaranteed to be………. interesting. It may or may not involve horse meat. Or live, squirming bits of octopus.
